Bianco Toscano is a light wine, since 2013 we focus on a more local taste and use the local variety Trebbiano in combination with Sauvignon Blanc. The result is a light summer wine, excellent as an apéritif.
Varieties: Trebbiano and Sauvignon Blanc
Vinifaction: After a highly selective grape process, the grapes are destemmed and cold macerated — the grapes are soaked in their peels. This enhances the extraction of the noble components present in the skin. Then a gently, low temperature pressing under vacuum takes place. After that, the must is transferred into stainless steel tanks, in which the fermentation takes place under strict temperature control.
Aging: 6 Months in stainless steel tanks
Refinement in bottle: Minimum 2 Months
Colour : : strew –yellow.
Arome: fresh and intense, heady aroma with hints of flowers and white fruits within a mineral environment.
Taste: Fresh and well -balanced with a long, lingering finish.
