Vermentino is a light-skinned wine grape variety, primarily found in Italian. During the past we used Vermentino in our white wine blend. Since 2013 we have decided to make a 100% Vermentino.

Vinifaction: After a highly selective grape process and gentle grape crushing and de-stemming the must is fermented in large stainless steel tanks for a period of 20 days. Then the wine is clarified using natural proteins and gently filtered. Finally, the elevage cycle is completed with refinement period in the bottle.
Aging: 6 Months in stainless steel tanks
Refinement in bottle: Minimum 2 Months
Colour : Pale strew yellow with delicate green hues.
Arome: Heady aroma with summer blossoms, pear and quince,
Mediterranean scrub and mineral notes.
Taste: Voluptuous with crispy acidity and mineral notes, well-balanced with a long, lingering finish.
